It happens in plant cell which have chloroplast,not just in the leaf.
Light reaction happens in granum(make H+,ATP,NAPDH, and oxygen),and the dark reaction happens in stroma(make starch).

1. Experiment by Engellmann use algae(Spyrogyra) and bacteria.The movement bacteria to the algae called phototaxis...
2. Chloroplast consist of granum(is round part of chloroplast) and stroma(space in chloroplast).And has 2 membrane.
3. Especially happens in leaf tissue,is in palisade and spongy mesophyll tissue.
4. Just in cyanophyta(kind of monera kingdom),algae(kind of protist kingdom), and plant cell that have chloroplast.

Reaction :  H2O + CO2 + light + chlorophyll
